Dear all,

In light of the ongoing and much welcomed special audit of banks by the Central Bank of Nigeria, we regret to inform our shareholders and other interested parties that we will need to delay the release of our FY 2008/09 results, pending CBN-approval.

We had initially, hoped to release these results by this Friday 21 August in order to have a conference call to present them next Tuesday, 25 August. Although it is unlikely that this delay will be longer than a few weeks, until we receive this approval we are unable to give a definite date.

We will, as always, keep you informed of the exact dates, once the necessary approvals have been received.
